|Recommended: YesLocation Quality on Apache — The Villas on Apache is a great place for students. Walk to everything, good amenities and fair pricing. Move in was easy and plenty of parking.
|Recommended: YesGreat service — The staff at Villas on Apache have been great. Patient and understanding.
|Recommended: YesA Nice Place to Crash — If you’re just looking for a place to come home to occasionally it’s pretty affordable and only needs minor cleaning. Communication within the community isn’t that good and you kinda have to poke and prod to get things done but it’s manageable. Overall, good for those on a tight budget
|Recommended: YesApache Review — Great place so far
|Recommended: YesI think the property is lovely The community and environment are welcoming and comfortable. — Comfortable living space, although I would be prepared to do a bit of house work when moving in. Living on the third floor, the amenities are functioning and the view is quite peaceful. Community is what you expect from living near a college campus, so unless that's a big red flag, there should be no qualms about the folks here. Villas staff are helpful and always communicative.
|Recommended: YesComfy and Chill — Bigger beds than you've ever had, enough space for all your stuff, and your own bathroom. Small bathroom if you're a tall person like me, but its all yours. I would definitely recommend this place to others. Not a great place for spectrum phone users, but everything else is grade A. Offices open from 9-6, so if you got a job schedule around that time, I suggest having someone pick up your packages. Thats all from me, all in all, great place to be staying.
|Recommended: YesHumble, better than many other apartments — Villas On Apache has a much better administration and living environment for the cost that they provide. It's nothing special but have many great amenities included. The regular issues such as wear and tear included, but nothing that can't be ignored or fixed.
|Recommended: YesWorth the price — Worth the price highly recommend
|Recommended: YesIt is good. — It is nice and worth the price you pay.
|Recommended: YesVery well kept. — I've only lived her for a couple days and i like so far.
|Recommended: YesGood short term apartment — Overall, I had a good experience living here The property is a bit older, s0 there would be some issues in the apartment through the year. However, maintenance and staff were always quick to help, polite, and friendly For students looking for short term housing that is close to ASU, this is a good option that is relatively affordable. Thank you Villas for everything
|Recommended: YesA pretty quiet community for being in a “college town”. — It’s a pretty quiet complex and the office people are very nice.
|Recommended: YesHad a pleasant , and peaceful stay at Villas — I loved my stay at VIllas on apache due to its location, pleasant community, and peaceful inside. It has good room sizes and balcony views. Not to mention individual leases are also perk for people who don't like signing leasing contracts with others. All in all Pleasant affordable stay and will recommend especially student to be a part of this community. Only thing that sucked for me is there is no such amazon hub or anything so you have to go to leasing office to pick up your parcels, and that too had to appointments before coming, i mean really . Need to improve this process. Maintenance staff is super helpful and they generally fixed things in timely fashion
|Recommended: YesLove it — Love the heated pool and closeness to the office. The gym needs to be upgraded however.
|Recommended: YesGood place to live — It is a small good place to live. It is a good price and has a great location.
