|Recommended: YesAffordable place for students — Good amenities and friendly caring staff Conveniently located near campus and other necessities for a student. The ability to rent either furnished or unfurnished has been extremely helpful, coming from out of state.

|Recommended: YesGreat Overall Community — It's affordable, situated in a great location and has a kind staff who has been very helpful since I've moved in. Would definitely recommend living here. Only thing I was disappointed with was the condition of the apartment when I got here. Lots of small things to fix and was left a bit grubby. Otherwise, its been a great space. Not to mention the king bed and dual sink in the bedrooms are awesome.
